Who doesn’t love a retro dessert? Do you recall the F.W. Woolworth Co., the first five-and-dime stores?
I haven't been to one in a long time, but I came across their signature cheesecake recipe a couple years ago.
They closed in 1997 but they had lunch counters where you could get a slice of a delicious mid century dessert or maybe a cottage cheese and pineapple salad with a iced cold coke a cola in a bottle.
