1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 cups SkinnyPop popcorn
1/2 cup peanuts
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together the brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt until combined. Do not overcook.
