Orange Ricotta Pancakes are light, fluffy, and bursting with citrusy goodness.
The ricotta adds a rich, creamy texture that keeps them moist, while fresh orange zest infuses every bite with bright, refreshing flavor.

Today’s Helpful Housewife Hint Of The Day:
Keep Warm: If you're making a large batch, keep the cooked pancakes warm in a preheated oven (about 200°F or 93°C) on a baking sheet until you're ready to serve.
