  • 1 1/2 Cups diced ham

  • 1 can diced potatoes 15oz

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or butter)

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1 green bell pepper, diced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Grease the baking dish 9.5 in. round glass pie plate with olive oil or butter.

  3. Cook the potatoes and peppers:

    • Heat olive oil (or butter) in a skillet over medium heat.

    • Add the diced potatoes, half of the red bell pepper, and half of the green bell pepper.

    • Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
