Why make air fryer doughnuts?
Making air fryer cinnamon doughnuts offers several benefits beyond just their delicious taste.
First, they're a healthier alternative to traditional fried doughnuts, using significantly less oil while still achieving that perfect golden-brown, crispy exterior.
The air fryer also makes the process quicker and cleaner, eliminating the need for large amounts of hot oil and reducing the mess.
Additionally, these doughnuts are easy to customize, allowing you to experiment with flavors, glazes, or fillings.

Helpful Housewife Hint Of The Day
Arrange Biscuits in a Single Layer: Air fryers work best when air can circulate around the food. Arrange the biscuits in a single layer with a bit of space between them to allow for even cooking and crispiness.
If you’re making a large batch, it’s better to cook them in batches rather than overcrowding the basket. For extra even cooking, consider flipping the biscuits halfway through the cooking time.
This simple trick helps the biscuits cook uniformly, resulting in a golden-brown exterior and a fluffy interior every time.
The combination of their warm, sweet, and cinnamon flavor with a soft, fluffy texture is a nostalgic experience for many.
At fairs, doughnuts are often freshly made, fried on-site, and dusted with cinnamon sugar, creating a comforting and indulgent treat that's hard to resist.
