Classic Blue Hawaiian Cocktail
serves 1
ingredients:
1 3/4 ounces Bacardi Rum
1/2 ounce blue Curacao
3/4 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 ounce cream of coconut
crushed ice
Fresh pineapple wedge and maraschino cherries for garnish!
Instructions:
Put crushed ice in cocktail shaker.
Pour liquid ingredients over ice, shake well and strain into a chilled hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge and maraschino cherries and serve.

Mid Century Blue Hawaiian
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces light rum
1/2 ounce blue curaçao
3 ounces pineapple juice
4 ounces sweet ‘n sour mix
1/2 ounce cream of coconut
1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
1. In a blender, combine the rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, sweet ‘n sour, and coconut cream. Blend until combined.
2. Add the crushed ice and blend until smooth.
3. Serve immediately in a Collins’ glass.
4. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry, if desired. Enjoy!
