Use a blender that is capable of crushing ice

use a blender that can chop ice.
and a food processor for chopping gram cracker.
Makes:
1 - 2 serving depending on how many extras are added in.
Ingredients:
4-5 ice cubes
4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
5 drops concentrated lime juice
8 oz Tillamook key lime yogurt
1/2 Cup milk
1/4 teaspoon grated lime zest
2 tablespoons granulated sugar or sweetener of your choice
1/2 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 Tablespoon crushed gram cracker
Directions:
In a blender, add ice cubes first and crush.
Then ice cream, concentrated lime juice, yogurt, milk, zest of lime, sugar (or sweetener of your choice) and blend to a smooth consistency, using short bursts you don’t want to over blend or the smoothie will get thin.
Then add in fresh lime juice, stir in do not blend.
Pour into your glass.
Options: For more of a dessert top with crushed gram cracker and whipped cream.
For a healthier choice top with fresh sliced fruit like pineapple, blueberries, mango and banana.
