Cucumber Appetizer Recipe

Shopping List/Equipment Needed

  • 2-3 large cucumbers

  • One 8 oz cream cheese

  • Everything but the bagel seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Dill

  • Vegetable Peeler

  • Cutting board

  • Sharp knife

  • Wilton dessert decorating syringe set or pastry bag with large star tip

Instructions

  1. Set out cream cheese you want it at room temp.

  2. Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly and pat them dry.

  3. Cut the ends off the cucumber.

  4. Peel the skin off the cucumber using a vegetable peeler.

  5. Place the cucumber on cutting board and cut into quarter inch rounds.

  6. Using a star tip with a pastry bag or piping syringe, pipe on your room temp cream cheese to each cucumber slice.

  7. Sprinkle “everything but the bagel sesame seasoning” & dill on each one.

  8. Salt and pepper to taste.

  9. And serve!

  10. Cucumber appetizers can be left out for about an hour.

  11. Cover and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.

If you are in a hurry, you can spread cream cheese on sliced cucumbers and top with seasoning for a quick and easy cucumber appetizer.
