Shopping List/Equipment Needed:
2-3 large cucumbers
One 8 oz package of cream cheese
Everything But The Bagel seasoning
1 tablespoon dill -optional
Vegetable peeler
Cutting board
Sharp knife
Wilton dessert decorating syringe set or pastry bag with large star tip
Instructions:
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature.
Rinse cucumbers and pat dry thoroughly.
Trim ends off cucumbers and peel using a vegetable peeler.
Place cucumbers on a cutting board and slice into quarter-inch rounds.
Using a star tip with a pastry bag or piping syringe, pipe room temperature cream cheese onto each cucumber slice.
Sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning and dill.
Serve and enjoy!
